The location was perfect, only a 5-minute walk from Gangnam station. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer and a combo washer/dryer. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, like sweet little old ladies. The air conditioning was flawless and quiet, a great relief during the humid weather.

I recently stayed at a boutique-style residential hotel in a great and convenient location. The hotel is directly across the road from the subway, making it very convenient for exploring the city. It is also close to the Samsung towers and situated between two areas that can be easily accessed if needed. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. The bathroom had excellent shower pressure, although the shower door didn't fully reach the floor, causing some water to spill onto the bathroom floor.

I did experience some cleanliness issues upon arrival, with stains on the table and a dirty floor in the room.
